Saab’s new owners predict what 2010 will bring for the automaker. CLICK MORE to see what they’re expecting.
Earlier this year General Motors punted its Saab division for 400-million dollars. The new owner is a Dutch based sports car company called Spyker Cars NV and the company’s CEO says 2010 will see a doubling of sales in the U.S.
Saab CEO Victor Muller attributes a big chunk of that prediction on the new 9-5 sedan, due to roll out later this year.
Saab sales peaked in the U.S. in 2001 with 41,000 vehicles sold. They bottomed out last year at just 86-hundred units.
