[photogallerylink id=15246 align=right]Prosecutors have won the right to show images of [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Michael Jackson[/lastfm] dead and alive at the involuntary manslaughter trial of his doctor. A judge in Los Angeles has ruled two Jackson autopsy photos may be shown in the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray.
One photo will show Jackson in a hospital gown, and another nude but with his private parts obscured. Prosecutors will also be allowed to show rehearsal footage from the film This Is It, but only from the two days before Jackson’s death. They want to show Jackson was healthy and in good spirits. Murray’s defense lawyers argued the autopsy photos are meant to be provocative and the film footage is edited to make Jackson look good.
