Hi, I'm Prince. Can't I please come and live with you? (Photo: Animal Welfare Society of Southeastern Michigan)

This week’s Monday’s Meow is Prince. He’s up for adoption at the Animal Welfare Society of Southeastern Michigan. The poor boy lost his owner and he had nowhere to go.

We’d like for you to meet Monday’s Meow. He’s a sweet boy named Prince. Through no fault of his own, he is without a home.  Sadly his owner passed away leaving no place for him to go. And by the way, pet owners should try their best to make provisions for their animals should they pass away.

Prince is a big boy. He’s about 4 years old and is looking for a nice, quiet, forever home. Prince has done well with other cats at the shelter so he’d probably fit right into a home that already has a cat or two.

Prince has been snipped and is current on all his vaccinations.

Would you like to meet him or find out more about him? Good! Please contact the Animal Welfare Society of Southeastern Michigan at (248) 548-1150. And I encourage you to drop by the shelter during opening hours and check out all the great cats and dogs that are available for adoption. Their address is 27796 John R in Madison Heights. Check their website for current hours.

Our family adopted a cat from the shelter. His name is Parker and he’s the best cat ever. I was extremely impressed with the way they run the shelter.

Past Monday’s Mutts/Meows and please check them out. Some may still be available for adoption:
