It’s the annual Home and Garden Show at the Silverdome underway today through Sunday. As spring moves in it’s the perfect time to line up home and garden improvements at your home.
It’s the 21st Annual Home and Garden Show at the Pontiac Silverdome today through Sunday. You will find inspiration on such projects as landscaping, home improvement and of course making the best of your garden this summer. But that’s not all.
The show also features energy efficient heating and cooling appliances along with kitchens, baths, windows and doors and even room additions.
One popular attraction at the show, of course, is Twiggy the Water Skiing Squirrel! They put a life vest on the little rodent and then pull her behind a remote controlled boat as seen on ESPN and Good Morning America. How cute!
Back to the serious world experts will be on hand with educational seminars with how-to demonstrations for new ideas. Cooking experts will be there with great new recipe ideas.
Hours for the show are noon-9pm today, 10am-9pm tomorrow and from 10am-6pm on Sunday. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for kids. Youngsters 5 and under get in free.
