[photogallerylink id=87667 align=left] The Daily Mirror reports  Elton John and his partner, David Furnish are ready to be  fathers once again.

A source told the Daily Mirror that “By the end of this year, or the beginning of next year, there will be a fourth member of the John-Furnish clan.”

14-month-old Zachary was born to an unidentified surrogate mom in California on Christmas Day 2010. David Furnish reportedly said “We want her to be part of our lives and we want him to get to know her because she’s a great woman.”

The Daily Mirror reports David Furnish will be the father of the couples’ second-born child.
