James Franco Saved By A Horse

James Franco borrowed a horse for a ride during a break in filming Child of God in West Virginia and left the crew panic-stricken when he failed to return after three hours. He eventually returned to the movie site just as search parties were setting out.  According to the National Enquirer he told the crew: “I’ve been wandering around for hours. If it wasn’t for this horse I’d still be lost.”  Apparently he’d spent hours trying to find his way back until he finally gave up and let the horse figure it out.

Where was that horse when James needed to be led off the Oscar stage in 2011?
