Did Neil Armstrong Lie?

Say it isn’t so. Neil Armstrong stated that he came up with the line, “One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind,” on the spot. His brother Dean in the UPI report says no. He says brother Neil had the speech months before the trip to the moon. The conversation with his brother back then went a little something like this, “[Neil] says, ‘What do you think about that?” “I said ‘fabulous’. He said ‘I thought you might like that, but I wanted you to read it.” But hey, does it really matter? What matters is, Neil Armstrong’s brother is trying to sell a book.
