First of all – Happy New Year! I hope it’s a healthy, prosperous and happy one for you and your family.
Many start off each new year with positive thoughts about resolutions. However experts say very few people actually follow through on the resolutions they make. And they offer this advice. If you do make resolutions, keep them simple and attainable.
For those who do make resolutions, losing weight is nearly always at the top of the list. Ditto for quitting smokin’ and boozin’. Many vow to exercise more, save more money, eat healthier and to spend more time with the family.
