Think again about forming the shape of a gun with your finger and hand. A 6-year old was suspended for it. The family’s lawyer had this to say in the UPI story, “What they’re doing is looking at the worst possible interpretation of a young, naive 6-year-old,” and “This is a little child who can’t form the intent to do anything like that.” The note to the parents from the Assistant Principal read, “Your son … was involved in a serious incident, (He) threatened to shoot a student. He was spoken to earlier today about a similar incident.”
