School Has Kids Do Polar Plunge For Good Health?

Well not exactly a Polar Plunge, but close. A kindergarten feels they are making themselves immune to flu and colds by having their students walk outside in a swimsuit in sub-freezing weather and then pour buckets of ice-cold water over them. Since the practice has hit the press some parents have freaked out, but the school thinks it’s totally safe and the so-called “hardening process” improves their health significantly. Hum, I guess that’s the same theory of giving vaccines. This has been going on for thirteen years and some of the kids went on to become Olympic champions in various sports.
