Pit Bull Owners Must Carry Insurance?

Here’s something for you pit bull dogaphobes. A new bill is being considered requiring owners of “vicious dogs” to have an insurance policy of at least $25,000 for liability. The bill controversy is because of the gray area describing “vicious.” Right now it says, any animal that “belongs to a breed that is commonly known as a pit bull dog” will be considered vicious. The pit bull owners are freaking out “We’re not treating the owner problem. We’re treating the symptom, which is a dog issue,” that from Pit Bull Rescue founder Wendy Jackson. No matter what, people will always be terrified by pit bulls. Is the real issue, the people controlling the dogs? WBIR
