Report: Government Offering Rental Babies in U.S.

Are you a young married couple and still not certain about whether to start a family? Well if the reports are true, this may be just the ticket for you.

The online tabloid The Weekly World News, famous for wild stories, says the U.S. is offering a new program that allows couples to rent babies before deciding to move forward with a child of their own.

For a $5,000 fee, the WWN says couples can rent a baby for up to 8 weeks. The money goes to help homes for unwed mothers around the nation.

The report says the program is also open to single women providing they can prove that they are financially stable.

So what do you think? If this is true, would you ever consider renting a baby before starting a family of your own?
