Ludington Man Uses Turkey Baster To Save Baby

After hearing two babysitters call 911 because a five-month-old infant had turned blue and stopped breathing, a Ludington man comes to the rescue. UPI reports that Bill Hogenson, was working nearby when the desperate call was made. Hogenson unsuccessfully performed CPR on the suffocating baby, then grabbed a turkey baster to give oxygen, and after a pat on the back, the infant started breathing again. The father says he’s “forever grateful” to Hogenson, “If it weren’t for him, we wouldn’t have this beautiful baby here right now and we are forever grateful.”
