In addition to individual sets with their own bands, they’ll also do a few songs together. Simon says he wants Sting to sing “Bridge Over Troubled Water,” and Sting asked if he could do “America.” And Simon will be doing Sting’s “Fields of Gold” and “Fragile.”

And what about tackling Art Garfunkel’s legendary vocal on “Bridge Over Troubled Water”? Sting says, “It’s not my job to impersonate Art. He has one of the most iconic, beautiful voices in the history of rock and roll. But my job is to interpret and honor the notes and the lyrics that have been written, and I will be me. But I’m delighted to sing songs from that canon.”

The tour starts February 8th in Houston.

The duo will bring their show to the Palace of Auburn Hills on February 26th!

Sting and Simon will take time out from their tour to headline the Duke Ellington School of the Arts’ seventh annual “Performance Series of Legends” on March 12th in North Bethesda, Maryland.
