WOMC Staff And Celebrities Reveal The First Concert They Attended

Everyone remembers that special night when they attended their first concert. It could have been a raucous rock ‘n’ roll extravaganza that your older cousin, brother or sister let you tag along to, or your favorite teen sensation that you begged your parents to bring you to. Some people have only attended a handful, while others have attended hundreds. Here is what the WOMC air staff shared with us as their first concert experience along with some of your favorite celebs!

  • Bobby Mitchell – Eric Clapton and Supertramp in St. Louis in the late seventies.
  • Stacey Duford – Journey in Flint, MI in the early eighties.
  • Holly Hutton – Michael Jackson at the Pontiac Silverdome in the eighties.
  • Twizzler – Huey Lewis & The News in 2005. He was 14!
  • Jim Johnson – Edgar and Johnny Winter at a racetrack in Florida in 1971.
  • WOMC PD Tim Roberts – Bob Seger ‘Live Bullet’ Tour at Cobo Hall in 1975.
  • Reese Witherspoon – Elton John
  • Courtney Cox – David Cassidy
  • Fergie – Madonna
  • Patrick Dempsey – Yes in the early eighties.
  • Lauren Conrad – Jimmy Buffett
