Dee Snider might be taking his own advice from 1984.
After many musicians denied Donald Trump‘s use of their music during the GOP candidates campaign, Snider allowed the outspoken nominee to use Twisted Sister’s “We’re Not Gonna Take It” during rallies, citing their friendship and his forthright approach to public speaking. But following Trump’s latest, and most outrageous, statements on policies he plans to implement if elected to office, Snider is having second thoughts.
Snider told Shadrach Kabango of CBC Radio’s Q: “It’s very upsetting to me because I strongly don’t agree with his extremist positions. I know the man’s not a racist. He’s a friend of mine.”
“I have to call Donald,” he added.
