AC/DC Announce Rescheduled Concert Date for The Palace

By: Jon Corrigan

In early March, AC/DC was forced to reschedule 10 U.S. tour dates after lead singer Brian Johnson was “advised by doctors to stop touring immediately or risk total hearing loss.”

Detroit was among these cities.

However, following an electric string of shows in Europe with Axl Rose as their guest vocalist, Angus Young, Cliff Williams, Stevie Young and Chris Slade have announced rescheduled dates for the 10 final “Rock or Bust” tour concerts.

The group will perform at The Palace of Auburn Hills on Friday, Sept. 9, at 7:30 p.m.

Original tickets from the March 20 date will be honored for the rescheduled date, and refunds are available at point of purchase.

Aug. 27 – Greensboro, NC
