Huge Company Drops Dress Code For Creativity

Did you ever think a dress code code made employees less creative? The big professional company PricewaterhouseCoopers is ditching its strict dress code, just just wear clothe that are comfortable. Before they required women to wear heals, and tailored business attire, and men even had to wear a specific type of sock.

It’s all about taking away the stress of dressing properly, and freeing up creativity. “We want to give staff a bit of latitude to be themselves. We hire really smart people and teach them to do really hard things, I’m not sure how you can then overlay that with a set of rules about something so basic about telling them how to dress.” Mashable has more.
