Cheers to Another Great Week on Woodward Avenue

It was another great week on Woodward Ave.

I was lucky enough to broadcast live on WOMC Monday through Saturday. Yep, six days.

It never got old. Remember that in the year of the first Dream Cruise, 1995, those Classic Muscle cars WERE faster than most new cars. That has changed over 21 years and the combination of great classics, mixed with today’s cars that answer “Where’s the Beef?” with authority, makes it big fun. A nice rocking moment and a half was provided by the band COUNT 77. Hard rock 70’s style rockers doing both covers and originals. Covers like, Train Kept-a-Rollin, White Room, and War Pigs. Crunch rock. You may have seen Danny Koker, lead singer, on the Counting Cars TV show.

It was great meeting, hanging, and talking to you at Duggan’s and NIcky’s D’s. See you next time!
