Meijer Launching Home Delivery Service in Southeast Michigan

If you dread grocery shopping, then your life is about to get a whole lot easier.

The Detroit News is reporting that Meijer is launching a home delivery service in Michigan using the smartphone app Shipt, and it’s starting sooner than you might think.

The service will be piloted at a Grand Rapids Meijer beginning on September 15, and will later extend to the southeastern Michigan region.

Delivery availability will coincide with each individual store’s business hours, and will reportedly be offered at 25 locations throughout Metro Detroit.
