Dead Body Discovered in Norm MacDonald’s Home

TMZ reports a dead body was found in Norm MacDonald’s Los Angeles condo.

Michael Huettner, 23, a high school friend of MacDonald’s son, was house-sitting for the comedian while the two were traveling out of the country.

His body was discovered by his parents, after his girlfriend informed them of his whereabouts, on a bed surrounded by multiple pills and pill bottles, including oxycodone.

LAPD’s opening theory is Huettner died of an overdose. His family told authorities he had previous issues with oxycodone.

Since there were no signs of anything criminal, the investigation was given to the L.A. County Coroner’s Office. Toxicology is pending.

Both MacDonald and his son are fully cooperating.
