Shirtless Firefighters And Rescue Dogs In Charity Calendar

Pairing shirtless firefighters and rescue dogs definitely gets the attention on many women, and some men. That’s why photographer Ricki Beason did that in her new charity calendar called “Heartthrobs and Hound Dogs.”

“When you pair a rescue dog with a really handsome shirtless guy, people tend to take notice,” she said. Yes, they do.

Beason raised more than $30,000 with last year’s calendar that featured veterans. Her inspiration for the 2017 calendar is personal, she said.

“Having two rescue dogs myself, I know how much love they can offer you. I just want people to see them for just how great they are,” she said. “They deserve a chance in a loving home, they deserve to find love, they deserve to be someone’s most loved pet.”
