Harry Potter’s Childhood Home is for Sale in England & it’s Not Cheap

You can now own Harry Potter’s childhood home – for a price.

Located around 40 miles west of London – specifically on 4 Privet Drive in the films – the three bedroom house was used as the Dursley family home in the first Harry Potter movie, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.

The house is listed for £475,000 (or $619,425).

While there’s no doubting the price is steep, it’s not listed at a premium given its famous past. Property websites show the estimate is average for its location.

Oh, we also hear there’s a spacious cupboard beneath the staircase – magically inclined children not included.
