The Clash Get Their Own Converse High Tops

The Clash are getting their own Converse line in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the band playing at the 100 Club Punk Special, a two-day event in London that helped launch the punk rock movement.

On September 20th, which marks the 40th anniversary of the Clash playing at the London club, Converse will launch the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star The Clash line which embodies colors and graphics influenced by the rock band. Shoe designs include a skull and cross bones as well as other Clash-inspired prints. Each shoe also has the Clash’s logo on the tongue of the sneaker.

The Clash Collection is available at limited retailers including Converse stores and Converse.com. The shoe price ranges from $70-$85.
