Clown Attack Forces Several Schools to Cancel Friday Classes in Ohio

By: Jon Corrigan

Several Ohio schools have canceled Friday classes after multiple clown-related threats, WXYZ.com reports.

Hours after police arrested a junior high school student on Thursday evening for making threats in Colerain Township, schools in Reading canceled Friday classes for similar threats.

Around 4 a.m. Friday, a woman smoking on her porch says a man dressed in a striped outfit, wearing red wig and a white clown mask grabbed her by the throat and said,¬†“I should just kill you now and ‘that some students and teachers would wish they were never born at the junior and senior high school today.'”

Reading schools addressed the incident on social media.
