Have you learned that more couples are not sleeping in the same bed? It’s not unusual, the report from the Mirror says that two thirds believe that sleeping with their partner is not good, it fact they sense it being unhealthy.
Also the practice of sleeping with a partner causes bad moods, which I assume could mean more stress in a relationship. Even Dr Nerina Ramlakhan who is a sleep expert says, “Almost a third say they can’t get a good night’s sleep because they are disturbed by their partner. So for many people it’s clear that sleeping in separate rooms might make for a better more restful sleep.” So if you are trying to sell your partner on the benefits of sleeping in separate rooms, look here.
