Employees That Don’t Meet Goals Eat Worms

By: Beau Daniels

Here’s an interesting work incentive. Meet your goal and avoid eating worms. A cocktail of baijou liquor with live mealworms is served up to those who don’t meet sales targets at a company that makes bathroom equipment. Hum, good thing they did not make them eat something associated with the equipment they sell.

Employees have been speaking out on social media, “Other than worms, we have also eaten live squid and ants before.” A pregnant lady had a co-worker eat and drink the worm cocktail for her, “I can’t eat worms now, I can’t drink either, unless I don’t want my baby.” So if you think your incentives are off the mark at work read more about this business here.
